The Department of Foreign Affairs recently commissioned a new building on St. Stephen’s Green in Dublin. What’s so great about that we hear you say? Well this isn’t your average Government building. No sir-ee… This is actually a rather cool building that you cant possible avoid stopping to notice a little harder:
